My Wish For You

If you were given the ability to grant one wish FOR someone else, what would the one thing you would wish for that person?  Say for instance, I wish that my best friend ______ falls in love with _____ in 30 days and lives happily ever after.  Or I could wish that my best friend ______ can live a life healthy with no medical conditions (or mental).  Or I could wish that my friend _____ finally finds peace and happiness. Or wish that my friend _____ could find some self esteem. Actually I’d like all my friends to find whatever they are seeking. For some it may definitely be intrinsic, and for others very much materialistic.  So if you were to make a wish for me, what would wish?  Just to be happy?  Aren’t I already?  I’ll help you if you’re stuck. You can wish for Aaron to get published and be rich and famous. 😉  There.  I said it. You can say it too. The power of the Secret will make it come true. Hey, that rhymed.

New Moon Wish/Mercury (12.22.2007)

So I was reading about the moon phase (www.janspiller.com), Mercury is in retrograde and the new moon started December 9th. So as I read more, it said to write down your wishes, up to ten, as they will come true.  It just so happened to be magically when things in my life started looking up and I said “My cup runneth over”. But the thing is, I know I made some wishes for my friends.  I went back to my blog on the 9th and I know exactly what wishes I made and which ones are coming true. One of those wishes was to make the speeding ticket go away. Poof. Wish granted.  ON the 9th, the first day of the new moon.  I tell ya, if you weren’t a believer before you should be by now. There is no such thing as coincidence I tell you.  Things happen for a reason.  I never think it’s a coincidence when someone tells me their wish came true. I think it’s amazing.  A dream is a wish that you heart makes.  Can a heart make a wish?  A heart can break.  A heart can be full of joy. A heart can be heavy.  But can your heart make a wish?  I think you can make a wish, from the heart.  And those are the ones that are more likely to come true.

I Wish …

It is amazing how many people make wishes on a daily basis. They say “I wish …” without even thinking of the repercussions or the outcome of the wish. A wish. What is a wish? Well, many people have a different idea of what a wish is. What it isn’t. Or what it could be. A wish, simply, is a soul’s intention exercises in the real world as the beginning of an affirmation that may or may not come true. Walt Disney coined it famously as “A dream is a wish that your heart makes.” Quite clever if you ask me. He even gave it a special song so everyone would know it.

A wish can be a miracle. It can be a disaster. It can go awry. How does the Universe know exactly what it is you are wishing? It can’t. Why do some people’s wishes come true and other people’s not? Who is to say it didn’t but because of factors outside your control, you may never know the real truth behind it. Sometimes a wish can have a negative effect. Like someone says something negative, in the form of a wish (one’s heart true desire) and the Universe still picks up on it and grants the wish. So perhaps “wish” in the vocabulary meaning of things does not necessarily mean you have to SAY I wish.

I find that many people, when asked if they could have one wish, what would it be, tend to wish for monetary gain, or personal power. It has been said that wishing for personal gain has extreme determental effects. i.e. The Lottery Curse. Many times, those recipients of the lottery (who also wished for it to come true) are driven with greed and power that it consumes their who life and changes them forever. Usually not for the better.

I have never wished to win the lottery.
